RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

SHIPPING:

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all items are produced by hand post order (i.e Made to order) therefore delivery takes 8 – 15 business days from the time of your order thereafter, it is shipped via our logistic partner, DHL & FEDEX for both local and international delivery. 

Shipping is subject to weight and are calculated at check out for orders placed on www.dophir.com

Please note – You may be subjected to additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees or other custom duties specific to the country of destination in order to receive your order. These additional fees are not included in the shipping fee, nor charged at checkout and are not collected nor controlled by us. As the charges are country specific, we are unable to estimate the fees. Kindly contact your local custom commission 

RETURN & EXCHARGE:

Due to the made to order/handmade nature of our items, all sales are final however you are eligible for an EXCHANGE within 7 days of the delivery date in rare cases of damage. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to lodge a defect complain to be eligible for a return. Kindly note that we take great care and pride in ensuring that all D’ophir products are checked intensively for quality control by our QA/QC team and take images and recordings of each items to ensure their conditions at the point of packaging and shipping. To confirm eligibility of your exchange request, we will request for images of the damage and reviewed by our team. If approved, we will provide you with the necessary details for the return. Please note that our items are all handmade – from fabric to finish – therefore minor defects are not considered damage. D’ophir // Ophir Textiles Limited reserves the right to determine what is a minor defect. 

Eligible Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for an exchange only, We are unable to offer cash or credit refunds. 

To initiate an exchange for eligible items, kindly fill out the Return Form here. You will need the order number found in the order confirmation email.

Please make sure the item(s) are returned in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

. Items that have been used, worn, washed, ironed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

. Items that are returned without their original packaging will not be accepted

. All our items are handmade therefore minor defects are not considered damage. 

Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitor & phones displaying colors differently. We try to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. Please refer to color description on each product page for accurate color description as color variance where color descriptions are available on the website are not considered as eligible return.

If your exchange does not meet the above requirements, the package will be sent back and the return request will not be accepted.

Kindly note, you are responsible for any related shipping and custom fees for your return, kindly ensure shipping and related custom and duty fees are paid before sending to us as we are unable to do so. We advice that you use a tracking shipping system to ensure your return gets to us. We are not responsible for any return until we receive them

REFUND:

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time.
