- Couture & Handmade Pieces: Processing time is 8-15 business days before shipping.
- Ready-to-Wear Items: Processing time is 3-5 business days before shipping.
- Shipping Duration: Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days to most countries.
- All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx with tracking information provided.
Shipping Fees, Taxes & Duties
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by their country’s regulations.
- D’Ophir is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Returns & Shipping Responsibility
- Customers must not return any items until their return request has been approved.
- Once a return request is approved, customers will receive detailed return shipping instructions.
- All return shipping fees, taxes, and any related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers must ensure that returned items are securely packaged and reach us in safe condition to be eligible for store credit or exchange.
- D’Ophir is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return shipments.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, D’Ophir is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
