    Return Order To Store?

    Due to the nature of our products - all items are handmade after your order has been placed, we do not accept returns except in rare cases of product defect in which we have a 7-days return policy, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order in cases of defect to be eligible for a return. We will request for images of the defect, if approved, we will provide details for the return. Eligible Items must be returned within 7 days of order receipt for store credit only, we do not offer cash refunds. Items must be returned in the original conditions and packages with tags intact. Items must not be worn, washed, dry-cleaned. You are responsible for any related shipping and custom fees for your return and we will cover the cost of the exchange to you. We advice that you use a tracking shipping system to ensure your return gets to us.

    How Do I Cancel My Order?

    Orders can be cancelled within 24h of your purchase for store credit only. We do not offer refunds. We will automatically reject any request that did not meet this requirement.

    Orders are processed and shipped with 20 - 25 business days. Upon shipping, you will receive a text notification from DHL and an email from us with your tracking information. You can also contact us with your order no. for timely updates
